Anatomy of Rage ❤️‍🔥

Anatomy of Rage is a constellation of unexpectedly playful projects that help people explore rage in community with others—whether theirs is buried deep, boiling over, or just too much to carry alone. Each offering is designed to be:

  • disarmingly fun (even when the subject matter isn’t)

  • driven by curiosity

  • grounded in lived experience

  • shared with others

Current Offerings

  1. Unresolved Rage Game – a raw, super-cringe, yet surprisingly fun TTRPG-inspired collaborative storytelling experience for Asian women and femmes. I’m currently developing a new version (3.0) with more emphasis on collaboration and solidarity, including Collective Rage mechanics.

  2. Rage, Reactions, and Resilience – a workshop that offers a more ‘gentle’ introduction to the logic behind some of the ways we respond to rage, starting with individual journaling prompts and moving into community connection

  3. THE WHEEL OF RECKONING AND RAGE – an interactive sculpture featuring two upright game-show-style spinners with revealing questions that challenge participants to openly confront their rage, examining internal validation and external social influences, transforming a taboo emotion into a communal experience.

  4. Unresolved Rage Proxy – a squeezable sculpture that offers a kitschy, passive-aggressive way to externalize suppressed anger and explore emotional repression through touch

  5. “Good Asian Girl” Merit Badge Collection (currently in development) — a twist on classic Girl/Boy Scout merit badges. But instead of outdoor skills or academic achievements, these satirical embroidered patches are for Asian women and femmes for executing everyday coping mechanisms, such as Stoic Lotus, Cringe Coddle, or Hard Pass. Cheeky, relatable, and unapologetically cringe, the "Good Asian Girl" Merit Badge Collection reminds us all that surviving daily microaggressions is a skill worth celebrating.
